In the wake of a water utility disaster which involved the Orange Water and Sewer Authority “accidentally” over-fluoridating the public water supply, OWASA is holding a series of meetings to discuss the emergency and hear from concerned citizens regarding the incident. At the first public comment section which took place February 9, the majority of citizens who took time to speak focused narrowly on OWASA’s longstanding public water fluoridation policy and demanded it’s immediate cessation. OWASA had been warned about the dangers as far back as 2012, but persisted in their march to fluoridate leading up to the disaster. OWASA has actually already suspended the public water fluoridation program after the ‘accident’ but then brought in an alleged “Independent Consultant” who was tasked with delivering a report on the infrastructure failures and ways to improve. The consultant is CH2M Hill, which is a multi-billion dollar government trough company with negative revenue who also happens to have a conflict of interest in this matter since they contract with the very same fertilizer companies who produce and sell fluoride across the United States. Not surprisingly, CH2M Hill is being even less critical of the fluoridation policy than OWASA and it seems apparent that the Town of Chapel Hill will continue the policy if the citizens don’t speak up. In the 2nd public comment meeting on this topic, OWASA accomplished the following things;

1) Admitted that Fluoride causes leaching from lead pipes / joints / fixtures

2) Admitted that OWASA is not mandated to fluoridate

3) Admitted by omission that OWASA customers never voted to fluoridate

4) Admitted that there is no barrier between the fluoridation clearwell and the distribution system

5) Admitted that they will allow over-fluoridation in the future as a cost-benefit to prevent having to cut off the water

6) Voted unanimously against allowing the OWASA customers to have a public referendum on public water fluoridation. As you can see, OWASA is a corrupted and compromised institution that does not have the public’s best interest at heart.

Background:

Recently the local water board who manages Orange County’s public water utility set off a series of infrastructure failures which lead to the depletion of the water supply and a brief “No Drink Order.”

The genesis of the issue was from an accidental fluoride “overfeed” which required the OWASA organization to shut down the water treatment plant and import supplies from a neighboring city.  This most likely resulted in a water main burst shortly thereafter that exacerbated the problem and caused a full system shutdown.  Businesses were expecting a busy weekend and lost thousands of dollars.

As a leitmotif of this blog, this unfortunate disaster raises opportunity to ask the question once more; so why is the city medicating the water supply with a highly corrosive and highly neuro-toxic industrial byproduct of the fertilizer and aluminum industry to begin with?   In view of the situation in Chapel Hill, nobody can argue that it is a fiscally responsible or effective methodology to solve a social medical problem like cavities!

The OWASA board has been medicating the water supply with hydrofluorosilicic acid for many decades now, and the chemicals used have proven capacities to corrode metals and concrete over time.[1][2]  This not only threatens our own biological well-being but is principally involved on multiple levels in making the water disaster.  This is what OWASA and the City Council would like the public NOT to focus on.

There is dated video evidence on this very website of local activists raising this and many other ethical / legal problems with community water fluoridation to the OWASA board, emphatically demanding a cessation of this perilous policy.  Now that there has been a legitimate disaster, a lot of public attention, and increased distrust of the water ‘authorities’, OWASA may now be in an area of possible negligence and commercial liability.

To exacerbate and confuse the issue as it unfolded, the series of news releases published by OWASA to communicate the ongoing guidance, was riddled with contradictions and dubious assurances of water safety.

For demonstration sake, just look at the initial guidance after the fluoride overfeed incident was made public:

OWASA temporarily receiving drinking water from City of Durham; water continues to be safe to drink

However, customers may notice some discoloration in water. The discoloration, which results from stirring up sediment in water pipes, **does not make the water unsafe ** –but it should not be used for laundry, cooking, drinking, etc. —

When asked for test results to verify the claim that the supply was not contaminated with Fluoride or worse, the county health director only shared a bacteria and chlorine reading (bacteria-results-2-6-17)

The OWASA board has temporarily stopped their community water fluoridation program pending a 3rd party review of the incident.   They should stop while they are ahead and have the water running still.

Rest assured we will be reorienting the discussion to the real cause of the problem and trying to ensure the people respond accordingly and finally end the community water fluoridation scourge in this area.  Given the social importance of the triangle to the central fluoridation scheme, a reversal in OWASA-land would have a huge psychological impact to the movement against government medical intervention nationally.

The Board meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday in the Council Chamber at the Chapel Hill Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill.

Members of the public will have up to four minutes per person to comment at the meeting. They may also send comments in advance to info@owasa.org or to Andrea Orbich, Clerk to the Board, 400 Jones Ferry Road, Carrboro, NC 27510.

A Raleigh County man pleaded guilty Thursday to repeatedly faking compliant water quality standards for coal companies, in a case that raises questions about the self-reporting system state and federal regulators use as a central tool to judge if the mining industry is following pollution limits.

John W. Shelton, 47, of Daniels, admitted to a charge of conspiracy to violate the federal Clean Water Act, saying he diluted water samples, substituted water he knew to be clean for actual mining discharges and did not keep water samples refrigerated, as required by state and federal rules, court records show.

Shelton was a field technician, and then a field supervisor, for Appalachian Laboratories Inc., a Beckley company that was certified by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection to sample and analyze water discharges from mining operations as part of the Clean Water Act program.

In a criminal charge filed in early September, Assistant U.S. Attorney Blaire Malkin alleged that Shelton took part in a conspiracy from the time of his hiring at Appalachian Laboratories, in 2008, through at least June 2013.

“The objects of the conspiracy were to increase the profitability of Appalachian by avoiding certain costs associated with full compliance with the Clean Water Act and to maintain and increase its revenue by providing its customers and the agencies regulating those customers with reports purporting to show that those customers were operating their sites in compliance with the CWA and thereby allow those customers to avoid fines and other costs associated with bringing their operations into compliance with the CWA and thus encourage and maintain for Appalachian the patronage of those customers,” the charging document alleged.

Appalachian Laboratories officials did not return a phone call seeking comment for this story. Other coal industry officials also did not respond to a request for comment.

In an agreed-to “stipulation of facts” filed in court Thursday, prosecutors and Shelton said that, throughout his time with the company, another Appalachian Laboratories official — referred to as “First Known Person” — stressed to him the importance of “pulling good samples,” a term that was understood to mean samples that would comply with permit limits, not necessarily samples that were taken properly.

Among other things, the stipulation says that employees of Appalachian did not maintain water samples at the proper temperature, by putting them on ice in coolers, unless they knew that DEP inspectors were in the area.

Shelton and other Appalachian employees “falsified and rendered inaccurate” water samples by diluting them with distilled water or replacing them with water they knew to be in compliance with permit standards, according to the stipulation. The document says that Appalachian officials used the term “honeyhole” to refer to water from certain sites that would always test within permit limits and could be used in place of or to dilute “bad water.”

“Each time that Shelton and others at Appalachian diluted the sample water or replaced the sample water with water that would pass, they allowed water that they believed exceeded permit limits to discharge into the waters of the United States,” the stipulation stated.

Shelton pleaded guilty Thursday afternoon before U.S. District Judge Irene Berger and was released on $10,000 bail. He faces up to five years in jail and a fine of up to $250,000 when he is sentenced on Feb. 26, 2015.

U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin said his office’s investigation into the water sampling issue, conducted jointly with the FBI and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, is continuing, but he did not offer further details.

David McLeon, special agent in charge of the EPA’s regional criminal enforcement program, said Shelton’s plea “demonstrates that laboratories and their senior managers who callously place the American people at risk by submitting false reports will be held accountable.”

Prosecutors said Appalachian does water sampling for more than 100 mine sites in West Virginia. Court records, though, do not indicate which mining operations were involved in the falsified samples or how widespread a problem Shelton’s plea indicates exists.

Under the Clean Water Act, companies with water pollution permits are required to take periodic samples and submit reports to the DEP on whether those samples indicate their operations are in compliance with allowed pollution discharge limits. State and federal agencies take some samples themselves, but the majority of sampling is done by companies, with results filed with the government for its review.

Problems with this system have come up before in West Virginia. In 2008, after federal officials sued Massey Energy over widespread water violations at its mines in the state, DEP officials revealed that, for about five years, they had not been monitoring the discharge reports filed with them by the coal-mining industry. Agency officials said that problem has been remedied.

Derek Teaney, senior staff attorney with the group Appalachian Mountain Advocates, said the DEP — the state agency with primary Clean Water Act responsibility in West Virginia — needs to investigate what was going on with Appalachian Laboratories. Teaney said the DEP should audit any water quality sampling performed by Appalachian Laboratories and, perhaps, do an increased program of its own sampling at mines that could have been involved.

“The whole Clean Water Act system relies on self-reporting,” said Teaney, whose group monitors coal industry compliance and files lawsuits against water quality violators. “If that self-reporting can’t be trusted, then the system just falls apart.”

Kelley Gillenwater, a spokeswoman for the DEP, said the agency gave federal investigators all the results it had from water sampling performed by Appalachian Laboratories.

“We haven’t, at this time, conducted any additional testing at those sites because of these allegations but have continued with our routine field sampling,” Gillenwater said.

The DEP Division of Mining and Reclamation’s goal for each quarter is to conduct its own field sampling for at least 25 percent of water pollution outlets, so that all outlets are sampled at least once annually, Gillenwater said.

This is a general update & announcement for all readers of DurhamAgainstFluoride.com & in particular residents in the Triangle area of North Carolina.

Housekeeping

Due to time constraints & some new equipment invesments I will be moving this blog format to more of a V (video) LOG format.  I have procured some new broadcasting software & microphones which allows me to publish a much denser report in a much shorter period of time, than I have done in the past.  The events unfold too fast anyway for me to report on them in a timely manner, especially so since I don’t have a crew supporting me, so this will be I hope a more effective way to communicate.

The above video is one such example – but I am still learning so please forgive the lack of polish.  If you’d like to support us, click here.

Announcements

ORANGE COUNTY – 10/7/2014 7:00 PM– I will be appearing before the Orange County Comissioners @ 7PM with other activists in response to the Health Director’s Reccomendation that Orange County Continue Drugging the Population (Source)

CITY OF DURHAM – 10/9/2014 1:00 PM– I will be appearing @ 1:00PM to request that the city seek approval from the FDA that Hydrofluorosilicic acid is safe and effective when ingested for preventing tooth decay.

RequestToAppear

I cover both of these topics in much more detail in the video above.

If you plan to come, it would be nice to know in advance.  E-mail us.

Attention Durham Against Fluoride Readers:

You are officially notified that I  will be attending the 5th Citizen’s Conference On Fluoride, in Crystal City Virginia this coming Friday – Sunday (September 5 – 7).

On this weekend it is here that activists, researchers & hundreds of other transnational truthseekers will convene to collectively raise the global awareness quotient on the most massive public health fraud in human history & certain crime against humanity; public water fluoridation.

As you can see from the agenda details below – in attendance will be a dizzying array of fascinating individuals, of differing backgrounds & from all over the planet who have contributed enormous energies to this cause.   To my estimation this means there is no more seminal a conference taking place anywhere on earth this year, for beings who want to forever unglue a core deception in eugenics based approach to Government, than this one!

Therefore I will contribute my energies in the form of attendance, with Camera & Microphone in hand, to meet, greet, interview, discuss, all the issues of the day regarding Fluoride.  If you recognize me – please don’t hesitate to approach!  I will be accompanied by compatriot Eric B, who appeared with me in a crucial 1 hour dissection of the Sociological Significance of Durham North Carolina & the “Research Triangle Park” in the mass Fluoridation scheme.  Together we will be capturing  audio/video of the different sessions as well as in-person interviews.

To fully grasp this writer’s struggle so far, one only has to browse in chronological order all the posts of this website which first originated in January 2012.

To summarize, DurhamAgainstFluoride.com was re-actively created, in a very disorganized ad-hoc way rather than in some deliberate premeditated manner.  After some self reflection I learn the core reason for this approach; I had way too much trust in my city council to rationally, objectively evaluate the evidence which I first presented to them in December 2011.  Nearly 3 years later I could have initially never imagined how deep & sinister this policy actually went. When I was summarily dismissed after presenting hardcore evidence that should make even the most dumbed down person agree Public Water Fluoridation violates the Precautionary Principle,  my soul was given no choice but to do something.  Combined with a total lack of uncompromised media made for fertile breeding grounds for resistance & this spells the basic genesis of DurhamAgainstFluoride.com

I must admit the local WTVD Channel 11 team later changed this dynamic with their mostly fair 2012 piece, featuring yours truly & entitled “How Safe is Fluoride In Our Water,” but some unknown force has made the media be largely quiet on the issue since then.

Fast forward to today, almost 3 years later & materially nothing has changed in the City of Durham.  I was forcibly removed by deputy Sheriff at one point for exposing the facts in a so-called “public health board meeting”,  a fact WTVD declined to report.  The city government with their vast stolen resources  & copious use of  the CIA plausible deniability tactic have heretofore successfully stifled my efforts to alert the unconscious public. All of this is well illustrated in my 2013 documentary “21st Century Dawes Project.

Therefore the council continues resting on its illegitimate claim to wisdom, continues buying massive quantities of fluorosilicic acid from MOSAIC fertilizer company, and charges you money to dispose of it in your tap water with or without your consent.  Meanwhile America has seen historic coal ash spills in North Carolina & epic public health crimes in West Virginia, all enumerating precisely why our local municipal governments are completely untrustworthy to manage our most precious natural resource; water.

In spirit of resisting these developments I hope to see you in Crystal City.

In my last report, you journeyed with me through the “Customer Service Hotline” of Durham’s Water Management Department, where I attempted to get a discount on my water bill that would account for the fluoridation chemicals forcefully added to our water since 1957.  I figured & I’m sure most red-blooded Americans would agree, that we should not have to pay for medication we never agreed to purchase.

As you may remember, this was a failed attempt insofar as no discount was ever rendered but the discussion was nevertheless successful in exposing the unfortunate reality that the individual in Durham North Carolina is left with absolutely no recourse if he disagrees with the communist-inspired social engineering thrust upon his drinking water, which is medicated against his consent.  In typical fashion I was treated like a real hot potato by the powers that be in Durham before eventually being reminded that, despite my wishes, I would still be forced to pay the same rate for my water even though nobody debated the legality of systematically medicating the water supply or so much as acknowledged the outright violation of our rights.

Left with no recourse, I decided to pursue a different course on this issue and attempted to file a criminal police report with the Durham Police Department, since I have never once met an individual willing to argue that drugging someone else’s water is a legal & lawful thing to do.  As you will see, I make a quick transformation from an enthusiastic mid-twenty something into a veritable turd subsequently passed from one governmental intestinal tract to another.

It is clear from the onset that this is an issue nobody in our government is either knowledgeable about or has any authority to change, which also happens to be a leitmotif of this effort since its early beginnings in 2011.  Listen! and you will hear me being passed from supervisor to supervisor, in a familiar methodology which inevitably leads me to a kind but ignorant Durham Police Officer who sums up the City’s stance on fluoridation perfectly when I pose the simple question:

“What will happen to the police report after it is filed?”

Officer Smith of the Durham Police Department replies:

“To be honest sir, absolutely nothing.”

File your own criminal police report today!

The Durham City Government has just announced that they will be officially receiving the recommendation from the Durham Public Health Board to continue drugging our municipal water supply this coming Thursday on September 5, 2013. Terry Capers from the City Clerk’s office recently wrote,

To: thegldnrule@gmail.com

from: Terry.Capers@durhamnc.gov

The Durham County Public Health Director Ms. Gayle Harris will present the Mayor and City Council with the Municipal Water Fluoridation recommendation at the Work Session on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 1:00 pm!

If you are interested in speaking at the Work Session regarding the item please let me know and I will inform the City Clerk’s Office of your presence.

On Friday afternoon, August 30th the September 5th Work Session agenda will be posted to our website for your convenience.

Questions please let us know.

Enjoy your Thursday!

Since we have now become experts at seeing through the tired & repetitive public health propaganda, we can accurately predict what we will hear from Gayle Harris on September 5th, 2013 and react accordingly.  It should be no surprise to anyone that Gayle Harris will say something similar if not exactly the same as was uttered by Vicki Westbrook all the way back in 2011, when I first brought this issue to the Council’s attention.

In fact, the audio recordings of Vicki are below where she said something remarkably similar to the official recommendation produced by the board of health back in June of this year, nearly 2 years later;

“Fluoridation in drinking water is again considered to be one of the primary resources for preventing tooth decay and one of the top 10 advances in Public Health that has happened since the 1900’s”

-Vicki Westbrook

Compare & Contrast Vicki’s statement from 2011 with the recommendation published in June by the board of health, after so much “diligent consideration” by the board of health & Durham City Government, which Gayle Harris will repeat to the city council on this coming Thursday:

Durham Board of Health News: “Board of Health Recommends Continued Fluoridation of Drinking Water”

“This recommendation is deemed effective for prevention of tooth decay and for promotion of good oral health by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (US-DHHS) Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

If my prediction comes true, this would certainly re-confirm the pattern we have noticed since the beginning of our efforts which is to repeat the propaganda perpetrated by the U.S. Public Health Service, where the Fluoridation policy originated in the first place during the 1950’s.

You see, even after the Fluoride fraud was brilliantly exposed in 2012 by WTVD in addition to a collective 2 years protesting publicly, the sad fact is that the prognosis from the whole Durham City Government remains every bit as un-evolved as it was to begin with:

“The Government will continue to medicate the population through the water supply, without providing any scientific evidence of its benefits.”

Have they not learned anything throughout all this time?  Do the people in our city government have no critical thinking skills of their own, or will they continue to restate the federal agency’s every word like they are dog on a choker leash?

While they have surely put on a nice theater which I will elaborate on below but first we ask ourselves;

  • Is it true that the board of health is making a legitimate & well researched recommendation?
  • Have they honestly debated the subject & considered all the developments since I brought this to their attention in 2011?

Let’s review the chronology of events and judge for ourselves:

  1. December 20, 2011 I presented scientific evidence to Durham City Council that fluoride was harmful to our bones & lowers the Intelligence Quotient in Children among other things & demanded it be stopped.  Vicki Westbrook appeared preemptively to say what was quoted above.
  2. December 25, 2011 The Herald Sun & Durham City Government Dismiss the whole thing
  3. January 2012 – I create DurhamAgainstFluoride.com
  4. January 2012 Los Angeles Healthcare System releases Study Linking Fluoride Uptake with #1 Killer Cardiovascular Disease
  5. March 22, 2012 I make a formal request for the documents which substantiate the city’s claim that drinking fluoride prevents tooth decay.  This is when Kevin Buchholtz from the Dept. of Health and Human Services appears and admits to the City Council that fluoride leaches lead from the pipe system and causes behavior problems in children, in addition to giving his own daughter dental fluorosis
  6. May 22, 2012 – Albuquerque, the most populated city in New Mexico Bans Public Water Fluoridation
  7. July 25, 2012 Harvard Releases Comprehensive Study Concluding Ingesting Fluoride Lowers Intelligence Quotient
  8. September 21, 2012 I Appear at Durham Public Health Board to encourage the board to do their own research and be proud about bucking the system; they create another ad-hoc committee to review Fluoride Issue
  9. November 15, 2012 WTVD releases their incredible 7.5 minute investigative report on Fluoride, featuring Durham Against Fluoride & the Board of Health
  10. November 29, 2012 Durham City Government Releases Rebuttal Video of Vicki Westbrook repeating unsubstantiated claim; “Fluoride is added to prevent tooth decay”
  11. December 2012 Durham City Government Posts Job Listing for Public Relations Manager for the Water Management Division
  12. January-February 2013 I began working with anti-Fluoride activists from Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill to produce a 1.5 hour long retrospective documentary on our efforts so far
  13. March 2013 Durham Public Health Board Finally Has their Hearing to debate the Fluoride issue and make their official recommendation; I am removed by force by a Deputy Sheriff who followed orders from Gayle Harris
  14. April 2013 the Documentary, entitled “21st Century Dawes Project” is published exposing the Triangle Public Health Bureaucracy which enforces water Fluoridation in Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill
  15. May 22, 2013 Portland Oregon votes “NO” to adding Fluoride
  16. July 25, 2013 Mayor Bill Bell asserts King-like Powers over Durham, stifles Anti-Fluoride Protests
  17. July 29, 2013 Israel joins most of the developed world & Bans Fluoride
  18. THIS Thursday September 5 2013 Gayle Harris will repeat the same script from the Department of Health and Human Services; We the People will repeal their recommendation because the city has still not produced any scientific evidence to substantiate their claim drinking fluoride chemicals will prevent tooth decay.

As was explained in my last post, the bureaucracy of Durham’s Government has kept the fluoride topic a real hot potato for 2 years now, passing it from one ad-hoc committee to another so as to provide the illusion that they are taking this issue seriously, but never producing any legitimate evidence to substantiate their claims.  How they can possibly still think that we are still buying this tactic any longer can only be understood by coming on Thursday to observe if my prediction about what Gayle Harris will say comes true.

Since no tangible evidence has been produced so far to substantiate their claims, and I assure you they will not be produced on Thursday, the original request which the City is trying to answer with this recommendation remains unanswered, no matter what Gayle Harris or anyone else says.  This is because the evidence which supports drinking fluoride as a means to prevent tooth decay does not exist, yet remains the basis of the continuation of the policy.

Even more troublesome is the fact that the government agent providing Thursday’s recommendation to the City Council also happens to be the individual who ordered a Sheriff to remove me from the *Public* hearing when I exposed the original fraud back in March of this year.  Talk about conflict of interest! Thanks to the wonders of youtube, we can instantly time travel to that moment when Gayle squeals “Sheriff!” as I debunk their fraud in real time:

Given all of the above, we the people will come to 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, NC on Thursday September 5th and appeal this recommendation, restating these truths which we believe to be self evident: that medicating the city’s water supply with a corrosive waste product from the fertilizer manufacturers is an unethical, poisonous, and illegal thing to do!

On July 25, 2013 I will be appearing at the Durham City Council “Citizen Matters” period where I will formally appeal the Durham Public Health Board’s recent recommendation that the city continue drugging the public drinking water with a harmful neurotoxin called hydrofluorosilicic acid.

The board’s recommendation was made after the City government executed a coordinated plan to indoctrinate & bewilder the Durham Public Health Board on the basic realities of public water fluoridation; a plan that was hatched by the powers that be in response to my 2012 formal request for the evidence which substantiated the City of Durham’s fraudulent claim that adding hydrofluorosilicic acid to our drinking water somehow prevents tooth decay.  Unsurprisingly it has been 1.5 years since this request was made and the citizens of Durham have been presented with not a single such document.  Indeed I am convinced this is because no such documents exist or have ever existed,  as public water fluoridation is a complete fraud & crime against humanity that must stop immediately.

Instead, the citizens paid with their own tax dollars for a mock hearing this past March where only pro-fluoridationists that were or are currently affiliated with the government itself appeared. Their testimony presented a consortium of wholly unsubstantiated & fallacious opinions on why YOU should be forcibly medicated with a highly corrosive neurotoxin throughout your lifetime, leaving us still with no scientific evidence whatsoever that this practice is safe or effective –only carefully scripted hot air from the board of health!

This phenomenon is explored exhaustively in the retrospective documentary entitled “21st Century Dawes Project” which I highly recommend:

The key takeaway however is that this mock hearing was orchestrated for numerous reasons, the most important of all to create the illusion that the City were giving honest consideration to the evidence provided to them which shows clearly that ingestion of fluorides over time can lower your intelligence quotient, ossify your ligaments, calcify your arteries, and put you at risk to arthritis and other bone density disorders.

It was therefore lucid to this writer from the very beginning of this so-called “public debate” that the entire event was an utter fabrication by the city government, later made self evident by the fact that no public questions were allowed, not one critical question was ever asked during the hearing & the alleged ‘experts’ invited to testify could not even correctly identify in all of their disquisition what chemical is actually used to medicate the water supply! I thought how could this be when I did so easily by calling Water Management months earlier and retrieving their own documents that say exactly this?!

I concluded that the Government wouldn’t identify it as a part of the public hearing because doing so would expose the fact that they are using commercial grade toxic waste from the phosphate fertilizer & aluminum industries which is highly corrosive, toxic when consumed, and illegal to medicate our water with.

It should come as no surprise then that when I pointed this out to them, a sheriff deputy had me removed from the building:

The ironic fact is that the board of health’s self professed “due diligence” was based solely on the red herrings presented by a troupe of  clowns who thought they could mislead this writer and everyone else on the factual realities of fluoridation, a mistake that they will eventually pay for dearly.

That the Durham BOH recommended we continue drugging our drinking water in the face of the very serious facts presented to them only demonstrates their complicity and total negligence!  Since they have been made aware of the harm being done, it also demonstrates their active criminality by continuing the illegal behavior which has been pointed out to them.  It is for this reason that I will appear July 25th to inform these people that I see their lies, and will not stand for it!

Beyond this experience I have truly come to realize what we are up against when it comes to social change;  A government who has developed a compartmentalized system of interlocking bureaucracies that cooperate with each other in harmony with academia & propaganda, only  to maintain the dreaded status quo.  So one might ask why I continue to appear before an inherently corrupt system, one constructed only to perpetuate & congratulate itself, if we should not ever expect said system to respond rationally to our pleas?

I persist because even the inherently corrupt system is composed of inherently good human beings who individually must process the words spoken during public comment.  A timely and inspired speech that identifies an axiomatic truth which exposes the corruption will always and with great prejudice resonate on some level with the souls in a dark system who yearn for the light of understanding.

Over time, persistence in this way will eventually change the hearts and minds of those individuals and when enough do – the collective consciousness will shift to embrace the new, enlightened perspective instead of repeating the old tired propaganda of times past.

But if those who know the truth do nothing, what will happen?  The status quo will be maintained, or worse…expanded.

What does the status quo mean for you and your family?

If we do not act immediately, your family can look forward to a future where the few decide to help you help yourself  by pouring medicine into your drinking water that they, a comparatively small group of nobodies, decide are good for you. Of course you have no choice in this matter since government makes it abundantly clear you are wholly incapable of taking care of your own health.  In addition to being a crime, fluoridation has already been proven a disastrous experiment in socialized medicine that is deleterious to everyone’s health and undoubtedly one of the most significant medicinal frauds of the last 100 years.

If we continue to allow this government bureaucracy decide for us what medicines we take, through our public drinking water no less, then we leave ourselves open to infinite usurpation of our freedom since we have already surrendered the most sacred thing, our very own bodies,  to the onion of deception & subversion known as corporate government.  One only has to use their imagination to understand where our out-of-control government may take us next, if they already have adopted the role of healthcare providers by standing over our drinking water and dumping ‘medicine’ into it without our consent.  To illustrate this point please read the following New York Times article which optimistically considers the prospect of municipalities adding LITHIUM to the water supply as a means to mitigate “mood swings.”

If you find these crimes offensive in any way, then please consider joining me July 25, 2013 at the Durham City Council to appeal the fallacious statement that the city have reviewed all the evidence and deem water fluoridation a “safe and effective” policy to be continued in perpetuity.

If you wish to speak at City Council – You MUST register by July 15.

Tuesday March 5, 2013 marked my 7th attempt to encourage the Raleigh City Council to abandon the forced medication of the water supply with hazardous toxic waste products.  If one were to obtain and analyze the Certificate of Analysis (fluoride), provided at request by your local water department as required by law, there is an excellent chance that you could trace the chain of custody for the toxic waste added to your water much as I did.  In the case of the City of Raleigh the hexafluorosilicic acid, lead, arsenic, and other compounds which are purchased in bulk and added to the water supply under the term “fluoridation,” come from a company, with local offices in Waxhaw, NC, called Key Chemical, Inc.  The folks at Key Chemical obtain the toxic waste of PCS Phosphate Company, Inc.  PCS Phosphate is the Aurora, NC mining facility/subsidiary of the world’s largest phosphate mining company, Potash Corporation.

While only $173,000 of the multi-billion dollar annual budget of the City of Raleigh is spent on the toxic waste they add to the water, the health effects (if ever properly assessed) could easily exceed the City’s budget.  The City of Raleigh hides behind the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease Control, and other agencies well-known for the open-door policy between themselves and big business.  Those agencies, associations, and organizations that support one another in an effort to diminish, undermine, and even ridicule the valid scientific evidence of harm from fluorides conjoin with government to ensure that the toxic waste of megalithic corporations are sold as a product instead of disposed of as a toxic waste.  Thus, the City of Raleigh, and any municipality fluoridating the water supply are stewards of big business’s bottom line and not of the health of your teeth.  Fluoridation is a criminal scheme that ensures the availability of revenue-generating filtration systems for the toxic waste of companies like, Potash Corporation.  The filter is YOU!

When exploring the links between big business and government in regards to toxic waste disposal, one begins to notice the obvious interconnectivity of large-scale initiatives with local government and big business.  Locally, here in North Carolina, PCS Phosphate’s mining operation threatens a $1billion per year fishing industry (on the Albemarle-Pamlico Sound).  PCS Phosphate has even pushed for and received permission from the North Carolina Division of Water Quality to begin the “largest destruction of wetlands in the state’s history.”   That permit is being challenged by the Southern Environmental Law Center http://www.southernenvironment.org/cases/pcs_phosphate_mine .  The fact that government would permit such wanton destruction while, simultaneously, claiming to be stewards of the environment is laughable, at best.

Just so we are all up to speed, we have a Raleigh City Council that hides behind the NCDHHS in order to put toxic waste in the water, a phosphate mining company that hides behind the NCDWQ in order to destroy a larger swath of North Carolina’s coastal wetlands than has ever occurred in history, and a foreign company (Potash Corporation) that seems to have the power to make rational people accept these atrocities.   Could there be a larger connection?

Raleigh City Council points us in the right direction with their mission statement: http://www.raleighnc.gov/government/content/BoardsCommissions/Articles/CityCouncil.html

One wonders what is sustainable about putting Potash Corporation’s toxic waste in the water produced by the City of Raleigh?  This is a question that can only be answered by those advocating or protecting the policy, and as can be seen from the video of myself asking that question, the Raleigh City Council just aren’t talking.

However, the question of why the Raleigh City Council can claim stewardship and protection of the environment as their mission while, simultaneously, dumping toxic waste in the water can be answered simply by reading their Mission Statement and then analyzing their associations.

Potash Corporation and the City of Raleigh are interconnected through the United Nations Agenda 21. After all, Raleigh is a 21st Century City and a member of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives. Potash Corporation is a member of the Global Mining Initiative, which developed an action plan with the International Institute of Environment and Development. That UN Agenda 21 action plan is to be implemented by the International Council on Mining and Metals.  The United Nations Environment Programme International Fertilizer Industry Association publication, “Environmental Aspects of Phosphate and Potash Mining,” makes it quite clear on page 9 http://www.elaw.org/system/files/PotashMining.pdf .

The UN Agenda 21 local action plan is to be implemented through the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), of which the City of Raleigh is a dues paying member and from which, in violation of the Constitution of the United States, the City of Raleigh receives her marching orders in terms of land use, smart growth, urban growth boundaries, and numerous other public policies… including water.  Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution makes it illegal for any state or local official to enter any “Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation.” ICLEI’s mandate is “to build an active and committed municipal membership of local spheres of government (local and regional governments and authorities) as well as international, regional, national and sub-national local government associations.” Thus, membership in ICLEI serves as an unconstitutional alliance under Article I, Section 10 of the United States Constitution.

What could make your local governing body violate the United States Constitution while knowingly poison its citizens?  What could make your state government agencies, chartered to protect the environment and resources, allow to occur the largest destruction of coastal wetlands in state history?  What could provide the cover for big business and government collusion to proceed unchecked with destruction of the environment and the poisoning of human beings?  What could possibly sell all of those absurdities as a legitimate push for environmental consciousness?  The fascists at the United Nations, the fascists in business, and the fascists in your local government.
